Founded on the principles of slow and sustainable hand made fashion and inspired by the nostalgia of bygone eras, The Vintage Couturiere creates couture fashion with a respect for the legacy of the values and imaginations of some of fashion history’s eminent couturiers. Our philosophy is  simple – to restore and revive vintage couture for the enjoyment and lifestyles of the modern woman.

We do not mass produce our creations. Our intention is to “make less with more” in order to minimise the impact of our work on the environment whilst giving our clients the highest value for their investment. We want vintage couture fashion to be reborn in the 21st century: clothing that is well made, timeless and that can be worn for many seasons and many more reasons! For peace of mind we offer  complimentary minor repair and refitting services for the client whilst the couture piece remains in their care and ownership.
